All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking partners. A valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is received.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during the booking process. All transactions are processed securely.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our booking system. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation:

• 48+ hours before tour: Full refund minus processing fees
• 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before tour: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

By participating in our tours, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our guides
• Arrive on time at designated meeting points
• Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions
• Respect local customs, environment, and other participants

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in tours involves inherent risks. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.

Tequila Sunrise Tours is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during tours, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, schedules, or these terms at any time due to circumstances beyond our control.

Significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.
